Easy to reach, and the same people every time.
We are a small independent agency on SW Regional Airport Boulevard in Bentonville, writing across Northwest Arkansas and licensed in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas. No phone tree, no ticket number, no file passed between departments — the person who writes your policy is the person who answers when something happens.
Two ways in, and they both reach a person
Call (479) 286-1066 during hours, or email service@cribbinsurance.com, which reaches the whole team rather than one person's inbox. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9 to 5, and Friday, 9 to 4. One exception worth knowing: a loss should not wait for us to open. Carrier claims lines are staffed around the clock and that call comes first, then tell us.
What brought you to this page?
Four different reasons people get in touch, and the routes are genuinely different. Picking the right one saves you a conversation.

Send someone our way
Most of our new business arrives this way. Refer a friend
Say which one you are in the first sentence.
"I am already with you" and "I am shopping" send a message down two completely different paths, and the first thing we do with any message is work out which one it is. Telling us up front removes a round trip. If you are a client, your name and address will find the file. If you are shopping, the useful thing to attach is your current declarations page — the summary sheet at the front of your policy.
That one document is the difference between a real comparison and a guess. With it we can rebuild exactly what you have and put the same thing across our markets. Without it, everybody involved is estimating, and in a bidding situation the cheapest estimate wins by being the thinnest — which you find out at claim time rather than at quote time. If you cannot find yours, your current carrier or agent will send you a copy and you are entitled to it. What the page is telling you.
Bentonville, out by the airport.
You are welcome to come in. You almost never have to — policies get written, changed and serviced by phone, email and portal, and plenty of long-standing clients have never been through the door.
Cribb Insurance Group Inc.
Bentonville, AR 72713
Call a minute before you set off. The team is small, and the person who knows your file may be on a call or out at a client — a heads-up means you see the right person rather than whoever happens to be free.
Office hours
Central time. We are genuinely closed when we are closed, which is why a claim after hours goes to your carrier's line first and to us the next morning.
Getting hold of us.
What is the fastest way to reach an actual person?
Call the office during opening hours. It is a small team and somebody picks up.
The number is (479) 286-1066, and hours are Monday through Thursday from 9 to 5 and Friday from 9 to 4. There is no phone tree to get through and no ticket number at the end of it. Email reaches the whole team at service@cribbinsurance.com and is better for anything with a list in it, because transcribing several vehicles or an exact company name over the phone is where mistakes get introduced. Outside hours, email is read when we open. The one thing that should not wait for us is a loss: carrier claims lines are staffed around the clock and that call comes first.
Do I need an appointment to come to the office?
No, but calling ahead is worth the minute it costs.
We are at 1601 SW Regional Airport Boulevard in Bentonville and you are welcome to come in. Because the team is small, the person who knows your file may be on a call or out at a client when you arrive, and a quick call first means you see the right person rather than whoever is free. It is also worth saying that most of what we do never requires a visit. Policies get written, changed and serviced by phone, email and the client portal, and plenty of long-standing clients have never been through the door.
What does independent actually mean for me?
It means we can tell you your current coverage is fine.
A captive agent represents one insurance company and can offer you that company's products. If it is not the right fit for your situation, there is nothing else to point at and no incentive to say so. We place across more than forty carriers, which changes the conversation in two directions. Sometimes the useful answer is that a company you have never heard of fits your household or your operation better than a name you would recognize. And sometimes it is that what you already have is correctly structured and competitively priced, so leave it alone. That second answer happens more often than people expect and it is the one a captive agent cannot give you.
Which states are you licensed in?
Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas.
Most of what we write is in Northwest Arkansas, but the licensing matters more than people assume once a household or a business touches a line on a map. A property policy follows where the property sits. Auto follows where a vehicle is garaged rather than where it is driven. Workers compensation follows where the work is actually performed, and a policy names the states it applies in. For a household near the Oklahoma line, or a contractor whose crews cross it, those three can point at different states at once. Tell us where things actually are and we will work out which rules apply.
I am shopping. What do you need to give me a real number?
Your current declarations page. It is the single thing that changes the quality of the answer.
It is the summary sheet at the front of your policy and it lists your coverages, limits and deductibles. With it we can rebuild exactly what you have and compare like for like. Without it everyone involved is estimating, and in a bidding situation the cheapest estimate usually wins by being the thinnest, which you only discover at claim time. If you cannot find it, your current carrier or agent will send you a copy and you are entitled to it. For a business, tell us what the operation actually does day to day rather than what the paperwork calls it, including where the work happens and who drives what.
Who will I actually be talking to?
The same people, every time.
This is not a call center and your file does not get passed around. The person who writes your policy is the person who answers when something happens, which matters most at claim time, when knowing the household and the history means the conversation starts somewhere sensible rather than at the beginning. You can see who is here on our team page. If you have worked with somebody specific before, ask for them by name and you will get them.
If our guides are useful, mark Cribb Insurance as a preferred source so more Arkansas families and businesses can find plain-English answers about their own coverage.

Cribb Insurance Group Inc. is an independent insurance agency licensed in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas. This page is general information about the agency and how to reach it. It is not a policy, not an offer of insurance, and not a guarantee of coverage, availability, eligibility, or price. It is not legal advice, claims advice, or a legal opinion.
Contacting the agency does not create coverage. No coverage is bound, changed, extended or canceled by a telephone call, an email, a voicemail, a web form or a message of any other kind. Coverage exists only when an insurance company has issued it, and only on the effective date that company assigns. Submissions are subject to carrier underwriting, eligibility and acceptance and may be declined. Do not cancel or allow an existing policy to lapse until you have written confirmation that replacement coverage is in force. The policy actually issued to you controls what is covered in every case.
Claims. Cribb Insurance Group Inc. is not an insurance company, not a claims administrator and not an adjuster, and does not accept, investigate, adjust, approve or deny claims. Do not use this page, the office telephone or the service email to report a claim in the first instance. Claims are reported to and decided by your insurance carrier, whose claims line is available outside our office hours. In an emergency, or where injury or a possible crime is involved, contact emergency services and law enforcement first.
Email and web forms. Email is not a secure or guaranteed method of delivery and messages may be delayed, filtered or undelivered. Do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver's license or passport images, financial account or payment card numbers, or other sensitive personal information by email. The quote forms and the client portal linked from this page are operated by third-party providers on their own platforms and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Map. The map on this page is embedded from Google and is provided for convenience. It is subject to Google's terms and privacy practices, and the agency does not control its content or accuracy.

Market access referenced as "more than forty carriers" reflects the agency's overall market access across personal and commercial lines and is not a representation that any particular product, carrier or price is available for any particular person, property or business.
