Home, auto, life and everything else — shopped, not sold.
Cribb Insurance Group is a locally owned independent agency in Bentonville. We compare coverage across more than forty carriers, explain the trade-offs in plain English, and tell you when what you already have is fine.
We shop the market and explain the trade-offs.
Instead of quoting one company, we compare homeowners, auto, life, renters, condo, umbrella, flood, boat, motorcycle, RV, rental property and valuable personal property coverage across our carrier market. That gives a household better odds of landing the right balance of premium, deductible and coverage quality — and it means when one carrier's appetite or rate moves, there is somewhere else to go.
Personal insurance for every stage.
Each line has its own page with the Arkansas detail and the parts the brochure leaves out.
Planning ranges, not quotes.
These come from policies actually written through our own carrier market. They are not quotes, not carrier-specific, and not a guarantee — and they only appear for the lines where we have enough of our own data to publish honestly.
| Coverage | Planning range | Who it fits |
|---|---|---|
| Auto — state minimum liability | $21–$32 a month | Older paid-off vehicles where the statutory floor is the whole requirement. |
| Auto — standard liability | $32–$58 a month | Drivers carrying more than the floor without physical damage coverage. |
| Auto — full coverage | $79–$105 a month | Most drivers, and effectively required on a financed vehicle. |
| Auto — full coverage with a teen | $147–$237 a month | Households that have just added a newly licensed driver. |
| Homeowners — bundled | $1,362–$2,250 a year the only annual figure in this table | A five-year-old $400,000 Northwest Arkansas home written alongside auto. |
| Personal umbrella | $9–$18 a month | Teen drivers, pools, dogs, rental property, or assets worth protecting. |
| Rideshare endorsement | $6–$13 a month | Anyone driving for a platform — a personal policy alone leaves a gap. |
| Collector vehicle | $8–$27 a month | Agreed-value vehicles driven occasionally rather than commuted in. |
Independent, captive, or direct.
The difference is legal capacity rather than effort. Arkansas provides that a producer may not act as an insurer's agent unless that insurer has appointed them, so what any agent can offer you is bounded by who has appointed them. All three of these are legitimate; they suit different people.
| Independent agency | Captive agent | Direct / online | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Carrier choice | Every carrier that has appointed the agency, compared side by side. | One company's products and pricing. | One platform, or a limited panel. |
| Depth of knowledge | Broad across many forms. | Deep in one company's forms and claims process — a real advantage when a claim gets complicated. | Self-serve; the depth is yours to supply. |
| At renewal | Can re-shop across the appointed market. | Limited options if that carrier's rate moves. | Increases go unchecked unless you reshop. |
| At a claim | A local advocate who can also move you elsewhere afterward. | Carrier-specific support, often excellent within that carrier. | Usually an app or a call center. |
| Best fit | Households who want choice and long-term review. | People who already know which company they want. | Shoppers who prioritize speed over advice. |

A Bentonville agency that knows Northwest Arkansas.
We write across Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, Bella Vista, Centerton, Cave Springs, Gravette, Siloam Springs, Pea Ridge and Lowell — and the rest of Arkansas, plus Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas. Rating is geographic in ways that surprise people: distance to a responding fire station and the protection class assigned to an address can differ inside a single town, which is exactly when having more than one carrier to ask is worth something. Send us what you already have.
Your declarations pages tell us more in two minutes than a questionnaire does in twenty. We will read them back in plain English, including the deductibles, and tell you where the gaps and the duplicates are. If what you have is already right, we will tell you that.

Cribb Insurance Group Inc is an independent insurance agency licensed in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri and Texas. This page describes coverage in general terms for informational purposes only. It is not a policy, not an offer of insurance, and not a guarantee of coverage, availability, eligibility or price. Coverage, discounts, product availability and eligibility vary by state, by policy and over time, are set by the insurance company, and are subject to underwriting approval and to the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the policy actually issued. If anything here conflicts with the issued policy, the policy controls.
Cost figures are Cribb cross-market averages drawn from premiums on policies actually written through our carrier market. They are planning ranges, not quotes, not any carrier's filed rates, and not a guarantee of your premium. The homeowners band is illustrative rather than a quote and reflects a five-year-old $400,000 Northwest Arkansas home written alongside auto; the monthly equivalent shown is arithmetic on that annual band. Ranges are not published for every line on this page, and the absence of a range is deliberate.
Flood coverage referenced here is the federal National Flood Insurance Program. We are not FEMA and this page is not endorsed by FEMA. NFIP rates are set by FEMA and do not vary by agent or servicing company, and NFIP coverage limits, program rules, waiting periods and authorization status are subject to change by Congress and FEMA.
Descriptions of independent, captive and direct distribution models are general and individual offices differ; nothing here is a statement about any particular agent, agency or insurance company. Statements about Arkansas law are general information and not legal advice; questions about your own situation should go to a licensed attorney. Cribb Insurance Group Inc does not adjust claims and does not determine coverage.
